If you’re a new patient, signing up for the portal is quick and easy. During your first visit, stop by the front desk, and our friendly reception team will assist you with setting up your account. All we need is your email address to get you started! Once your account is set up, you’ll enjoy round-the-clock access to these helpful features with the security of a private password:

✓Schedule Appointments – Request appointments at your convenience.

✓View Test Results  – Access your lab results as soon as they’re available.

✓Review Your Health Records  – See your healthcare summary, health history, and current conditions.

✓Manage Medications  – View your current prescriptions and request renewals.

✓Immunization History – View and print your immunization records.

✓Communicate with Your Care Team – Send messages to your doctor or medical team for quick and easy support.

NOTE:  Patients must have an email and cell phone on file!
