PRENATAL CARE

Prenatal care is the care you get while you are pregnant. The goal of prenatal care is to monitor the progress of a pregnancy and to identify potential problems before they become serious for either mom or baby.

ABUSE COUNSELING

3,000,000 cases of child abuse and neglect were reported in this country last year, and 2,000 children died as a result of that abuse. The others suffered in different ways. They endured emotional trauma. They were less likely to be ready for school. They were more likely to have behavior problems, become teen parents, juvenile delinquents, drug and alcohol abusers, and child abusers themselves.

HIV/AIDS SERVICES

Our focus is HIV testing and extensive care coordination for those living with HIV/AIDS. In addition, we serve as a community resource regarding HIV/AIDS education and awareness. We are also now offering Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and Syphilis testing.

Fort Greene is a neighborhood in the New York City borough of Brooklyn. Fort Greene is listed on the New York State Registry and on the National Register of Historic Places, and is a New York City-designated Historic District. It is located in north west Brooklyn, above Prospect Park. The neighborhood is part of Brooklyn Community Board 2.
